About

I cook the slow, fragrant food of Lucknow — dum biryanis, galouti kebabs and saffron-laced kormas — as an intimate tasting menu in your own home. Fifteen years across hotel kitchens taught me restraint; now I bring that finesse to private tables across Mumbai.

FAQ

Do you bring your own equipment?

Yes — I bring a portable tandoor, induction tops and all serving ware. I only need counter space and a power point.

Can you do a fully vegetarian menu?

Absolutely. Around half my dishes are vegetarian and I'm happy to build an all-veg tasting menu.

How far in advance should I book?

Two weeks is ideal for dinners, four to six for large events.
